Tiketni sistemi mogu da usporavaju rad i funkcionalnost čitave kompanije ukoliko nisu pravilno implementirani ili ako se koriste bez jasno definisanih pravila. Previše komplikovan proces prijave tiketa, loša kategorizacija i nedovoljna obučenost zaposlenih mogu dovesti do zastoja i kašnjenja u rešavanju zahteva. Ovaj problem bih rešio pojednostavljivanjem procedura, jasnim definisanjem prioriteta, automatizacijom ponavljajućih zadataka i redovnom obukom zaposlenih kako bi tiketni sistem povećao efikasnost, a ne usporio rad kompanije.
